In a bowl, add the flour, chili powder, salt, and Saf-Instant yeast, and mix dry ingredients together.

Using a spatula, add the water and yogurt until a smooth dough is formed.

Knead the dough for 5 minutes.

Cover with oil and knead for another 10 minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap and let it ferment for 30 minutes.

Punch down the dough and knead for 5 minutes, then divide it into 10 pieces.

Cover with a clean towel and let it rise for 10 minutes.

Roll out the dough pieces.

Heat a skillet brushed with oil and cook the pancakes for 2 minutes on each side.
