  • 10 g salt
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sunflower oil
  • 20 g liquid milk
  • 100 g sugar
  • 1 egg wash
  • 70 g chocolate chips

Add the eggs, milk, oil, and water.

Knead until the dough no longer sticks to your hands.

Punch down the dough and divide it into small pieces of about 90-100g each.

Shape into round balls, place in small molds, and add chocolate chips.

Let rest the dough for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
